It will take a very long time to get through this list, but you should always view your skills as a long-term investment. The best in any field realize that increased skill comes with pain and sacrifice. If you were to perform every action on the OP's lists you would be a better programmer. It's up to you to decide just how much better you'll be and if that gain is worth the cost. No one else can answer that for you.
