Also by reviewing code carefully doesn't make you stride the ladder. And if there are bugs they can just tell their manager we fixed this bug etc.And Google organization structure incentivize them. And now google has hegemony on Desktop browser and controls the engine they can get away easily. This is also probably reason why many products are simply killed by google.
