Yes. We found a problem with Azure’s IPv6 support a while back. It took quite literally months to get the issue escalated to someone who could do anything about it, and as far as I know it’s still broken, although it’s scheduled to be fixed this year. We had to pay for this “support” too. We worked around the problem in the end, but still.
