- jstx1 5y agoIt varies a lot in the UK. Some companies share ranges in the job description, most dont. Many don't share a range publicly but you can get it in the first call with the recruiter if you ask. Some just don't give you anything. And the worst are the ones that don't give their ranges but ask for current and/or expected salary.
