There is no such thing as "fair". There is only what two sides in a transaction can agree to and what is legal. In this case apple is not a monopoly, epic has many other avenues to sell their product. I personally dont like the apple ecosystem, but if they can get away with charging 30% they should, until the market doesnt support it anymore.
