EU plans to make USB-C connectors the standard for mobile+tablets angering Apple
- aurizon 5y agoGood move, Apple needs to be lowered a large number of pegs.
- theandrewbailey 5y agoWhen another connector better than USB-C comes along, what then? Will lobbying be required to improve what otherwise would be a purely technical decision? What if legislators can't be bothered due to some other pressing issues? Will special models be designed specifically for European markets while everyone else uses better connectors?
