Are they though? it's not as if an average FB employee can do anything about it. Say they resign... then FB just gets someone else to do their job.

- blunte 5y agoThe argument "if I don't do it, someone else will" is not effective. Sure, someone else just might. But it doesn't have to be you (the theoretical FB employee). You can take your talent and brainpower elsewhere, especially if you're good enough to get hired by FB.
