What you are describing _was_ the borland model back in early 1990s. But then they flipped to this high price model in the late 1990s when they changed their name to Inprise.
- trulyme 5y agoBorland was awesome, with Turbo Pascal, Borland Pascal, Borland C++ and later Delphi they ran circles around their competitors, Microsoft included. It is incredible how they have disappeared from the scene completely.
