- heyheyhey 5y agoPossible? Yes. More work? Also yes. You have to eat way more tofu, beans, eggs, etc. to get the equivalent amount of protein in chicken, steak, pork, etc.

- Nbox9 5y agoMost people I know that eat 0.8g protein per lb of body mass use protein supplements to achieve such a high protein intake.
