Transparency, yes, but the lie is that healthcare is a market. The alternative is nationalized care where all sorts of financial flows that now are optimized for profits, are so optimized no longer. Most people living under and working for a nationalized system tend to like it. Most who live under or work for a commodity system tend not to, except for those positioned to receive profit flows.
