The conclusion is that by pursuing accessible design, they improved the experience for everyone, which is a theme they regularly return to. It's something I try to think about when "designing" an experience, partially because it narrows my focus quite a bit and is much less overwhelming that trying to think of the myriad ways something might be approached.
