I agree, but it's a weird location for office space. Not quite a transit dead zone, but not particularly great either. Wonder if they'd try to get a ferry stop

- CydeWeys 5y agoIt's less than a mile from the existing campus and it is close enough to MTA/PATH. It's not a weird location for an office.
