- Bostonian 5y agoThe United States Senate has not ratified any climate treaties. Other governments are effectively asking Biden to take unilateral action and bypass Congress, which is not right. If the Democrats tried to pass a law banning gas-powered cars, they would fail and lose many seats in Congress.
