If either Iran or Israel were to use nuclear weapons it would probably result in World War 3. If Iran were responsible for the misuse/attack by a nuclear weapon which was used to attack Israel, there would be no Iran by the next month and the middle east would be filled with the corpses of gutted countries if we were lucky enough for it to stay contained. Casualties would be in the hundreds of millions, if not the billions.
