Ask HN: Recommended video training courses for self improvement

I have been allocated a financial grant to spend on video training. It has to be on-demand, and the grantor reserves the right to view the course material. The subject matter has to be self improvement, life skills etc but can be extended to business-related skills if the course material is approved in advance. What video training courses have you taken that you really felt benefits from? Bonus points for if if fits the bill above, but I'm curious from a wider point of view. Thanks for your advice & feedback.
