The project is quite broken indeed but it works after some tweaking. https://www.getmotoradmin.com/ https://www.getmotoradmin.com/ uses ruby-packer to make it easy and fast to deploy an app (executable binaries are faster and easier to deploy than docker, also heroku deployment takes about 20-30 seconds).
