  I was more thinking about Robocop. Your head just explodes after the third infraction. I stopped buying from Amazon literally decades ago. When they were just selling books and after their privacy bate and switch. This decision looks better by the day.

      I may mix it up some. There were those spoof adds. I remember that the car anti-theft device electrocuted the thief. The head explosion may come from the add for a telecommunications company in which the protagonist shoots himself. Possibly that was my head explode memory.
