I'm sure someone will say that those have turned themselves back on with updates, but I'll believe that when I see it. Edit: actually just noticed that there's nothing to back this claim up. I didn't realize that the reply here was from a different account and not the one that's talking about the whole Win-R sequence. It's entirely possible that this is a packet capture from typing into the start menu search with the web search feature enabled.
