Of course it is a crime! Fist the nuclear research is primarily for energy production. Second they are not at war with any country. And if they want nukes they should also have them like many other countries. In the case they'd actually were about to misbehave with nuclear weapons there are international legal protocols to deal with it. No need to behave like savages because the other country is technologically advancing and used bad words against yours
- foxyv 5y agoIf Israel declared war on Iran, then yes! Such assassinations are legal under any convention. If either Iran or Israel were to use nuclear weapons it would probably result in World War 3. If Iran were responsible for the misuse/attack by a nuclear weapon which was used to attack Israel, there would be no Iran by the next month and the middle east would be filled with the corpses of gutted countries if we were lucky enough for it to stay contained. Casualties would be in the hundreds of millions, if not the billions.
