Please don't ruin a nice place with tech-bro imports, just to satisfy your need to selfishly consume the beautiful nature we have fought hard to conserve and our beautiful well kept and well lived cities. These places are beautiful and well kept because of tradition and respect for the past. Try building something for once rather than just moving to better places and usurping what others have built and maintained through generations of commitment and diligence. At least you're using the awful new development on the outskirts of the city center, which has so far been mostly empty, possibly due to its cold modern aesthetic, ridiculous proportions, with the worst coffee shops in town, right next to the highway.
