That's IMHO one of the fundamental ideas behind a UBI: have market forces work this out by disarming the currently skewed employer/employee power relation through a UBI where no one would be forced to take on the most-demeaning jobs just to survive. Right now a lot of the costs of such jobs are simply externalized to exploited employees - a UBI would cause the wages in those to rise to more fair levels.
