the threat from China is not speculative see their threats of invading Taiwan.
I lived in Ukraine where up until 2014 the threat of Russia taking Crimea and eastern provinces was “speculative”.
- throwaway4good 5y agoIf anything it weakens the alliance against China (by clouding European support) and it doesn’t really matter if those subs sail under Australian or US flag. This is an arms deal with clumsy politics around it.
