Culpability of relatives for unrelated crimes exists in North Korea. Does anyone else have an example of countries that do this.
- kleer001 5y agoI think I remember hearing that it existed to some extent in Old German areas. Naturally it would have faded out as enlightenment ideas about freedom and science spread.
