From the linked company announcement via CNBC: > Employees with medical conditions or “sincerely held” religious beliefs will be eligible for exemption, the union said. Sounds like Disney has already covered all their non-discrimination bases here, and is free to decide ways to improve the safety of their guests and colleagues that do not interfere with a person’s religious beliefs.
