It's pretty obvious from the context that the OP was referring to omitting semicolons in Javascript, not in other languages.
- bluesnowmonkey 15y agoYes it is. My point is that when those guys created their respective languages, they omitted semicolons. One would surmise that they thought it made things better.
- burgerbrain 15y agoThis discussion is explicitly about javascript. How javascript benefits from including or excluding semicolons.
