Journalists reporting things that others would like to remain secret is kind of a huge part of the job description of journalists, especially investigative ones, considering moral and newsworthy aspects of course. A free press is a very integral part of a free society.
If she wrote about what things Cook does in the privacy of his bedroom, then you'd have a point (unless he is doing something illegal and it becomes newsworthy again), as it's none of our business at all, immoral to report and just not newsworthy.
But she is reporting on what the Apple leadership says about the company to thousands of employees, that may affect millions of lives one way or another. It's not private information by any means, it's not even trade secrets. It's company-internal information at best, maybe some things that Apple might not like to get out, but they didn't exactly like it either when journalists were running stories about the work conditions at Apple partners/suppliers/vendors like Foxconn either.
