Anecdotally, it makes it easier to map disparate things into something more structured. I would rather have spaghetti code than a spaghetti brain. Problem solving is dominant in my way of thinking which can be good or bad depending on the context. It's helpful for giving advice but terrible from an empathetic and listening standpoint. On the negative side, I have hard time reading emotional tone in text. It does not aid in communication nor soft/social skills.
