Ask HN: HN is inconsistent. Why don't I see the same posts?

When I am logged in and go to my HN account and go to https://news.ycombinator.com/submitted?id=emreb, the articles I see are not the same as when I go to that URL in an incognito browser. https://tinyurl.com/e5eddy8v Does anyone know why?
