I'm a _huge_ fan of leafy green vegetables. Unusual, I know, but I think of myself as something of an aficionado. Dandelion greens are among the most bitter I have eaten. I find it difficult to incorporate them. Edit: I had to look up rocket. Apparently it's arugula? I'm speechless. Arugula is one of my favorites. How could anybody not like it?! Anyway, I can't imagine somebody liking Dandelion greens if they don't like arugula but I would be interested hear from others.
