Yeah, I knew about dandelion tea, but I didn't know you could eat the while plant. I wonder what all those leaves I put in the bin yesterday taste like. They would have to be better than rocket.
- jasonboyd 5y agoI'm a _huge_ fan of leafy green vegetables. Unusual, I know, but I think of myself as something of an aficionado. Dandelion greens are among the most bitter I have eaten. I find it difficult to incorporate them. Edit: I had to look up rocket. Apparently it's arugula? I'm speechless. Arugula is one of my favorites. How could anybody not like it?! Anyway, I can't imagine somebody liking Dandelion greens if they don't like arugula but I would be interested hear from others.
- jay_kyburz 5y agoWe'll I'll eat Baby Spinach, Cos, and Iceberg, and that's about it, so I'll take your word for it. I don't mind alfalfa and bean sprouts but they seem to be out of fashion here in Australia.
