- adgjlsfhk1 5y agoIt doesn't matter. If they do it illegally, you won't find out unless you find it on your car.
- stjohnswarts 5y agoIt's still illegal. I could go around keying people's car for potentially a lifetime without getting caught but it's still illegal and that's what we were talking about in the thread.
