The All-Electric Lucid Air Just Received an EPA Range Rating of 520 Miles
- ars 5y agoWow, that's quite impressive - and it's enough range for range not to be a problem anymore. Although I wonder how the range is in the winter (heating), and summer (A/C). But that price! Yikes! If that's what it takes to make electric vehicles, hardly anyone will switch. Buy a $30K car, and save the $100K for gas - by my rough estimate you can drive arround 0.5 to 1 million miles with that much gas. And this is not just an economics question: Resources cost money, so if this car needs that much in additional resources, how green is it really?
