I work for my wife, so with a wink and a nod I get time off whenever I want it. Incredibly, there is no rule against a spouses working for each other where I am employed! And it’s not like management doesn’t know about this conflict of interest— my wife owns the company. I am the only employee, though, so I have some leverage.
