I never got the unlimited PTO policy. Can’t you immediately go in vacation with no end after being hired? Obviously not, so why lying instead of just clearly laying out policies?
- tartoran 5y agoUncertainty makes people shy away from reclaiming their time off. Unlimited PTO is supposed to be a better deal for the employer not the employee. Not saying that some employees don’t abuse the system but on average the needle favors the employer.
