This sounds like a good thing though. Do you make more money if your clients make mistakes or if they are super successful?
- jedberg 5y agoOf course I'd make more if they make mistakes, but only in the short term. I'd rather have a long term reputation of solving the problem the first time, which would get more clients. Also it's the right thing to do -- set them up for success the first time, even if it means less money for me.
