They're not reacting because they're forward looking. They know that these supply chain problems are only temporary, and that they'll disappear in relatively short space of time. Production capacity, distribution capability or market size haven't been destroyed.Its all still there it just takes time to get it up to speed again. But it will get back to pre-pandemic level again, so there's no point in panicking about it. The exchanges know this and are looking beyond it to the recovery.
