Why is this an issue when you can record the video, and just mute the audio on youtube or replace with youtube supplied music?
- Arrath 5y agoIts an extra step in the process that could get people caught up. And by muting the audio you could lose any captured voices, incriminating or intimidating statements, etc.
- kar5pt 5y agoBecause then you can't hear what the officers are saying.
- donclark 5y agoTrue. If the recorder is truly interested in conveying the video, they could redub narration. Maybe someone should provide a service to remove music and boost voices in a video?
