The FDA should regulate Instagram's algorithm as a drug
- yellow_lead 5y agoWith this logic the FDA can regulate everything! Love, sex, weather, currency, and more!
- giuliomagnifico 5y agoOur brain has always sought for reward and pleasure, is how it works, the difference with some substances is that are chemically addictive but IG can’t be regulate in this way! Maybe the authorities should place a disclaimer like “can be addictive” the same as gamble or trade online but not considered it’s algorithm as a drug. I think is wrong.
