FYI: the States Attorneys are just playing whackamole with services that allow ads for hookers ("moral code violations".) It started with Craigslist and now Backpage. No surprise the case is weak because the goal is to harass platforms one-by-one without solving any kind of social problem. In the US, States Attorneys are elected, so that's the main reason for these cases.
