Prosecutors don’t grant change of venue requests… Are you suggesting the courts in this country are unfair? I’m shocked. Maybe this would have more credibility if Black marijuana users were granted such a strident public defense of bad faith police and prosecutorial actions. Frankly, I’m a strong believer that many of the rights we as the public hold should not be granted to police officers. Presumption of innoncence? Nope…you are empowered by the state to enact violence, should we really rely on the courts, other state agents to act appropriately? Why?
