Sortof? I think saying "haha PHP sucks, <my language> rules" is marker of immaturity. Presumably because it's beginners who think that showing contempt indicates superiority. With more experience, you understand the value of trade-offs, and learn to live with flaws of legacy/historical decisions, etc.
