They would bounce juggle a large foot piano and wear electronic drums on their back hitting it with clubs. Quite a sight.
Edit: some additional percussive juggling starting at the 4 min mark of this video https://vimeo.com/264353589 https://vimeo.com/264353589
Edit 2: proper video of my initial comment with the shoulder mounted drums. https://youtu.be/NFUQyJD9RK8 https://youtu.be/NFUQyJD9RK8
- bb88 5y agoAs I recall when I saw them live back in the 90's they did that. They also used a xylophone while juggling the batons. Did you ever see the Live from Lincoln Center they did an adaptation of "A Comedy of Errors" by Shakespeare? https://www.lct.org/shows/the-comedy-of-errors/ https://www.lct.org/shows/the-comedy-of-errors/ They were a very creative bunch for their time.
- greetings 5y agoThat show is on youtube! I found it years ago and put it there to try and help more people find it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwYyrbX9LUY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwYyrbX9LUY
- nixpulvis 5y agoThat's kinda what I was expecting, but honestly my first thought was that the drums would be in the air!
