I used to work for a company from Colorado. Internally they were sharing Salary range and Target Bonus for your position for as long as I remember (~10 years?). You will get this information in Workday or on paper once a year. From what I can tell from their current job postings they make this range public and include in the job description. It is not super helpful though. The range for a mid-level SWE is something like $100K-$150K. Almost as useful as Glassdoor.
