For Washington and Toledo, OH it says you have to tell salary "Upon request after job offer". Do people get jobs offers without knowing the salary? How is that even possible? Is it a accept the job and we will tell you the pay situation?
- gknoy 5y agoI suspect that once they make the offer, you can then ask them for the salary before accepting the job, unless I misread that phrase.
- frankbreetz 5y agoYeah, I agree, but why does this need to be a law? Are there people who would accept a job without knowing the salary?
