Pennsylvania at least has no-fault auto insurance.

  It used to. The auto lobby got rid of it. Did it come back at some point?

      PA is apparently kind of weird: https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/pennsylvania-no-fault-car-insurance.html https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/pennsylvania-no-faul... Also, "No Fault" doesn't cover vehicle damage. Apparently, this is what I was remembering. It changed when I lived in Pennsylvania (that was quite a while ago).
