There's no evidence that having the vaccine stops you from developing natural immunity if you have a breakthrough. If the vaccine fails you then you will get covid (like you would have in the same situation without vaccine) and will develop natural immunity then.

  I think you had an extra 'not' and meant something like 'Even if you do get a breakthrough, chances of going to a hospital is significantly lower.'
