- b9a2cab5 5y agoHow this works in practice is that there are informal bosses and political infighting to determine who is the informal boss on a team. You can have pretty flat hierarchies where many teams share 1 director-type person as their boss and it works pretty well though.
- Apocryphon 5y agoIt seems like the solution isn't to abolish bosses or hierarchy, but to simply make them more accountable and subject to scrutiny or replacement.
