Not sure I'm following the "IRS finding" part of your message. We do have an EIN and are registered with both the state and federal. We've actually been around since early 2017.
We do have a couple donation jars in some local businesses, just we aren't the only animal rescue in the area, so we are struggling a little bit with that.
- h2odragon 5y agoAre you an IRS tax exempt organization, a 501(c)3 prolly; where donations to you are deductible from taxes? Its worth the lawyers fees.
