That URL might work for users who have an account with the Lancet but when I followed that link, I got a PDF containing the following text: > For full text of this paper please go to https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(21)02046-8/fulltext https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6... This URL (also posted earlier in another comment by dfawcus) contains the journal article.
