Isn't this part of the Montessori model -- no grading?
- msutherl 15y agoThe Montessori model is a particular 'no grading' model.
- Apocryphon 15y agoSo there's more than one way to not grade.
- epochwolf 15y agoMore like: not all models of teaching require grades.
- perlgeek 15y agoAlso the Waldorf model - you get a "testimonial" at the end of the year, but there are no numeric (or alphabetic) grades on it, just verbal description on how well you performed, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses.
